can’t make account

the “create account” button does not work despite filling out all required fields. :/

Horrible experience

Hope the food is better than the app. Wants more information than I have ever seen.

Need to add Apple Pay

The food here is great. The app is super cute and functional. Only thing I’d like to see is an option for Apple Pay on both the app and website. Having to type the whole billing address and card number makes me double take on where I’m going to order from. Convenience is the whole point of fast food. Please add more convenient ways to pay.

Great food, bad app

I love the Zepplins but the app experience is almost not worth the hassle.
1. If you want to switch toppings in the app, they cost extra vs in-person they don’t.
2. The coupons/rewards say Start an Online Order to Claim, but you can’t actually claim them on the app, you have to claim in-person and they have to manually enter a discount code. So I order online but need to still make a purchase in-person to get the freebies.
3. The app shouldn’t ask when you want pick up if the user’s response is within 30 mins. Just say “ASAP” then tell us how long asap is upon order completion. Or give a wider range of ASAP timing if your system isn’t that dynamic. Especially during lunch rush. You mark “ASAP (5 mins)”, it will not be ready for another 30+ mins. People that walk in and get in line get their food before online orderers do. I’ve experienced this as a person who came and left while the same people waited. And I experienced it as an online orderer who watched the people who came in after me leave.

NOLA

I really loved the NOLA zeppelin! I made sure to load it up with banana peppers lol. It reminded me that I should go to New Orleans for Mardi Gras.

Outdated app

The fact that I can’t link an email/gmail and can’t use Apple Pay really brought the review down. The whole purpose of the app is to order food and making every single step of that process cumbersome and more work than it needed to be is not good design or customer service.

App doesn’t work

I cannot order delivery through this app. I always get a message saying that they are closed, no matter the time of day. Please fix this problem. I shouldn’t only be able to use this app in store.

No $5 Discount

Got an email that stated I would get a five dollar discount if I ordered a Zeppelin on November 3 thru the App. I checked out and no discount.

Worst Customer Service

This was my second time visiting Bread Zeppelin and I must say the first time was superb.

However, I can’t say the same for this visit. I placed an online order at 5:55p to be ready asap and the app said 6mins, meaning it should be ready by 6:01p. I walked in the establishment and notice a young lady working alone behind the counter, and a customer was waiting for her to finish. Upon completing the order, she apologized for the slight delay and took the customer order. The customer was understanding and said no apology needed. While on the other hand the manager, Emily and another worker was sitting at the table chatting and eating. As I approached the counter to pick up my order (6:03p), with another guest behind me, they both quickly got up and headed behind the counter to help the worker. No one ever acknowledged me or the customer that walked behind me so after a few minutes I asked about my order and the first young lady I mentioned who was now checking out the customer she was assisting said one of them is working on it. Now my question is why wasn’t they working on the tickets that were coming in as mobile order or online as I notice my order wasn’t the only one waiting to be made. Now 4 other customers walked in and they are working on their order but my is half made now sitting in the container as Emily is working on the customers that just walked in. By now I’m irritated and I walked past one of the customer asked if my order was ready. She stated it’s right here as she is still working on one of the four customers that came in after me. I informed her that i was in a rushed and she aggressively grab the bowl throw the items in the silver bowl started whipping it together and threw it back in the plastic container, put the lid on it and let it sit on the counter while she went back to making the customer order. I asked her if that was my order and she said yes. I asked for my order and gave it to me. I asked her for a bag and she pointed towards the register and said ask her to give you one in a nasty tone. I asked for the manager and she I am the manager. I said may I have corporate #. She said I don’t have it you can email them. I said ok I’ll take it and she said in a condescending way, you’ll have to wait 5 mins. I said are you kidding me???? So I walked off and ask for a bag and walked off. Her attitude does not reflect a manager with good customer service or a role model for the other young ladies. I’m sorry I interrupted her meal but I just wanted my to go order and leave. The first time I came in, she was sitting at the exact same table, eating! My recommendation is that she attend additional management trainings and maybe eat in a different area and when guest walk in, help her teammate. The worst manager I’ve seen in a long time! By the way I was definitely late for work.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

I was recommended by a friend to try this place. I thought it was SO awesome that you get a $5 off coupon when you get the app. Excited for my meal.

Among the worst apps developed

Items on their menu are not on the app. An order of 3 items took 35 minutes because I had to keep telling 2 people that the add-ons they see are not in the app or on their web order!! Nope not that one. Not that one either. They one is only on additional dressing choices even though it’s one they recommend!

Service and wait absolutely horrible.

My order was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago and still waiting. Absolutely no service here on top of it.

Big Fan!

I have been going to the Las Colinas location since it opened (in 2013 I believe), back when I worked at at Verizon @ 600 Hidden Ridge.

Many jobs later, I am working across the street… and I walk over almost every day to the Las Colinas location for my Bread Zeppelin.

As a 10 year customer, I highly commend this restaurant to all!

The only way I like salads

Bread zeppelin has been an integral part of me maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I’m able to keep track of calories I intake, and most importantly I really enjoy the salads. I typically have one or even two a day as they are delicious, very filling, and are low in calories. I feel full with a meal that can be as low as 600 calories. I’m a big guy so that means a lot. The salads are modestly priced as well. Their rewards system is generous.
