Terrible app
First off you can’t even look at the menu without logging in. Then if you try to login and can’t remember your password, you never get a reset password link. If you try to create a new account, it won’t let you because the phone number is associated with an existing account.
Creating an account might as well require a DNA sample. You have to provide a FULL home address, FULL DOB and HAVE to opt in to receive their marketing emails, which I’m pretty is a compliance issue.
Once you finally get registered …just build your own salad. Don’t bother selecting one the named ones like the “southwestern salad”, you’ll still have to select every item you want on it.
The app is very time consuming and I could’ve driven to the store and ordered by the time I got done.

I genuinely love this app so much and the food was delicious! The app is straightforward to use
Love Salata but only for pickup
Delivery sucks. Needs to have a way to comminicate with the delivery driver. Every time I get it delivered my food is missing because the driver never follows instructions
Best way to get veggies
I have never had a problem until today. Cucumber was on my order and I absolutely despise them. I’m not going to let the mistake of an employee ruin my night but the employee needs to pay attention to the customer. If I were allergic then this would be catastrophic. SIMPLY PAY ATTENTION
Terrible place of business
There app had an error. I called them to fix it. They acknowledged the error then said they could not fix the issue or make it right any way essentially taking my money for nothing. Do not go to this restaurant. They do not deserve business.
