Finally , Shipley got their own app. Works great and flawless.
Can’t order preselected box
I wanted to order the Shipley’s Box which has preselected donut flavors. When trying to add to cart it gives an error saying I need to choose 12 options for “preselect” which makes no sense if it already has a set amount of donuts and flavors. Prices also seem higher than in person.
This App Needs Major Work
The service fee alone is ridiculous, but it doesn’t even show everything they have available on the menu.
I could don’t order milk on the app, I would have had to order my food, pay the service fee, then order my drink once I got into the store. I might as well just order everything all at one time when I walk in.
Lose the service fee and show the whole menu. Anyone giving this app 5 stars is being disingenuous

Bad Free Donuts Reward Ad
I almost feel like this is false advertising. The App claims it will give you 2 free donuts but then hits you with a service fee that is the same cost as the donuts. -_- Also, this is the second time I try drinks from this restaurant. Don’t recommend. 1st one had so much powder I had to stop my car because I was choking. 2nd time the drink itself tasted rancid or stale. Don’t ask me how does a drink taste rancid/ stale. I have no idea. 😅
