What happened?
My account was apparently deleted for no reason and with no warning. I cannot sign in and password reset does not work.
The app is useless
I’ve had several problems with the app.
For starters there is no way to reach any kind of customer service, which is why I’m writing this review.
You can only order a limited amount of things in the app. I like chocolate milk with my doughnuts, you can’t order that in the app. And you can’t order a fountain drink, only bottled sodas.
I wanted to start earning rewards which is why I got the app. So I thought, I’ll purchase a gift card in the app and use it in the store…NOPE they have no way of scanning it in the store.
Then I tried placing a doughnut order in the app using the purchased gift card. It wants some kind of code they said they emailed me when I purchased the gift card but I have searched every folder in my email including trash and spam but I don’t have that email. So now I have $20 sitting in an app I can’t even use.

Misleading
A $1 service fee sure comes across as a bait-and-switch. Way to set yourselves apart from your competitors. Ridiculous.
Can’t use the app at my location
I downloaded the app and loaded some money on it. Went to my Shipleys location and they couldn’t process the payment from the app, so I had to pay with my debit card. Then I tried to place an order for pickup and use the funds in my app and I couldn’t because it said I needed a code from when I added the funds. I never got a code. So I have funds in this app I can’t even use. Can someone please assist with this?

$2 service fee to order
$2 service fee to place an order online is wild. Honestly the app is the only reason I was going to order from here. I'm not paying $2 to give them my business. There's a donut shop on every corner around DFW. Instead of the app being an advantage over the competition, the app is now a detriment to their business.

What’s the point of the app?
You removed build your own donut boxes from the app. Forcing me to drive and order at the store… completely worthless
Nonexistent delivery charge
App did not show a delivery charge was involved. Imagine my surprise when my card was charged $7 more than I was expecting. I will not be buying from Shipley’s for a while. Just support local donut shops.
Put Apple back
Not only did you guys remove Apple Pay, but you also removed Apple Sign In, so now I can't sign into my account, and all my points I earned were a waste of time. What a useless app!!!
Just go in store
Ordering on the app should be quick and easy especially for those of us who have work. Having to wait 30 minutes after you order in the app for items that are just grab and go is ridiculous. The store should have the ticket as soon as the order is placed, like literally any other restaurant.
This app is worthless
Even before the most recent redesign this app was annoying. The menu doesn’t include all products. It’s almost impossible to find and reorder favorites, it offers rewards but never actually gives the option to cash them in, and now they removed the build your own donut box option so you can only choose from predetermined boxes. It’s easier and better to just visit the store. I find this app so annoying that I have completely stopped buying from Shipley. I won’t even order directly from the store anymore.

Got Milk
The new app does not work. When selecting milk, it does not allow you to select regular or chocolate milk. It keeps giving an “checkout error, cannot add items to OLO basket.” This must be some ai built garbage app that wasn’t even tested by a real person.
Don’t use the app
This is the worst app I e ever used
No Discounts Unless You Choose Their Assortment
If you want a 1/2 dozen or a Dozen donuts they will give you a discount, but only if you pick one of their selected boxes. The apps says it will apply a bulk discount for 1/2 Dozen or Dozen, but it didn’t. All donuts I ordered individually were $1.70 x 6 =$10.20 + tax which was the total. Don’t claim a discount if there isn’t one.

The app overall is great very understanding but the fees are a little pricey!
Shipley in Hattiesburg
I can speak and say Hattiesburg have the best taste Shipley Donuts. I have been though Texas and no Shipley (to me) taste so Delicioso donuts like the restaurants in Hattiesburg 👏👏👏
Removed Apple Pay
Apple Pay is no longer an option. Making payments has become extremely cumbersome and difficult which means the usefulness of the app has gone down significantly.

Their donuts are great and the customer service is top tier! Love them! The app just makes everything 10times better
App crashes on load
The current version of the app crashes on app opening. It’s impossible to get a barcode/qr code for the rewards program without a working app.
App fails
This app will not run on iOS 26. Opens then closes. Needs work.
