Shipley in Hattiesburg
I can speak and say Hattiesburg have the best taste Shipley Donuts. I have been though Texas and no Shipley (to me) taste so Delicioso donuts like the restaurants in Hattiesburg 👏👏👏
Removed Apple Pay
Apple Pay is no longer an option. Making payments has become extremely cumbersome and difficult which means the usefulness of the app has gone down significantly.

App crashes on load
The current version of the app crashes on app opening. It’s impossible to get a barcode/qr code for the rewards program without a working app.
App fails
This app will not run on iOS 26. Opens then closes. Needs work.
Won’t work
The app will not load on the phone at all. When going to website, it won’t let you access rewards. Needs to be fixed for Apple. 7/18/26
This app doesn’t function
After downloading the app on an updated iPhone fails to launch. It hasn’t been updated in nearly 1 year. Previous reviews all say it fails. So basically the rewards program is a bait and switch.

The app is only marginal
The app is not intuitive at all. I’ve saved favorites, but am never able to find them when I want to order again. I have tried to apply my rewards multiple times and have never yet received my free donut holes. I participated in their June challenge for a Shipley hat, but even after fulfilling the terms of the game I never received my hat. It is a testament to how much I like Shipley donuts that I keep coming there. Frankly, the app is causing so much frustration that I’ve stopped visiting as often.

I’m trying to open this application, but it keeps closing by itself. Something is really wrong with it.
App keeps shutting down
This app needs to be fixed for iPhone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app over 5x in the past month and it immediately crashes and closes as soon as I click the app icon to try and open it.

Immediate crash on launch
Just signed up for the frequent donut eater program because they just opened one within walking distance. Dangerous, I know… downloaded the app and it crashes immediately - nothing ever comes up. Delete and reinstall did not help. Reboot did not help. The app is broken. And I guess Shipleys missed a new customer.
