Sign up require mandatory address, email (apple’s hide my email doesn’t work), birthdate. Whats next? SSN? Background check? Stop making it difficult to order a salad.
Terrible app
First off you can’t even look at the menu without logging in. Then if you try to login and can’t remember your password, you never get a reset password link. If you try to create a new account, it won’t let you because the phone number is associated with an existing account.
Creating an account might as well require a DNA sample. You have to provide a FULL home address, FULL DOB and HAVE to opt in to receive their marketing emails, which I’m pretty is a compliance issue.
Once you finally get registered …just build your own salad. Don’t bother selecting one the named ones like the “southwestern salad”, you’ll still have to select every item you want on it.
The app is very time consuming and I could’ve driven to the store and ordered by the time I got done.

Love Salata but only for pickup
Delivery sucks. Needs to have a way to comminicate with the delivery driver. Every time I get it delivered my food is missing because the driver never follows instructions
Best way to get veggies
I have never had a problem until today. Cucumber was on my order and I absolutely despise them. I’m not going to let the mistake of an employee ruin my night but the employee needs to pay attention to the customer. If I were allergic then this would be catastrophic. SIMPLY PAY ATTENTION
Terrible place of business
There app had an error. I called them to fix it. They acknowledged the error then said they could not fix the issue or make it right any way essentially taking my money for nothing. Do not go to this restaurant. They do not deserve business.
How Salata is awesome
The good things about Salata is that when you walk in to the restaurant, the people behind the counter greet you and welcome you in. The next good thing about Salat is that the food is delicious, if you are a big eater I suggest you get the large, but if you don’t eat a lot I suggest you get the small. The only thing I don’t really like about Salata is how expensive it is, my mom took me and my brother to Salata my brother got a wrap and me and my mom got salads, my mom paid almost 80$ for that meal. Just wanted to give you all a little preview before you went. Also big shoutout to my mom for paying for that meal. Have a blessed day, may God be with you.

HELP! App won’t allow me to set up account
I have entered my info multiple times to set up account but each time after entering password the app won’t allow me to proceed & set up my account. I assume password is last step.
A Reward Let Down
I like eating at Salata, but the rewards system is honestly a letdown. Expiring points completely defeats the purpose of a loyalty program. If I’ve already spent money to earn those points, why am I being rushed or penalized for not using them fast enough? That’s not rewarding loyalty that’s controlling it.
I go here regularly and still lose points because of the expiration window, which makes no sense. A real loyalty system lets customers stack rewards over time. This setup just makes the app feel useless and, if anything, discourages me from using it at all.
If the goal is to build long-term customers, this isn’t the way to do it.

Salata in Cibolo
This location has THE BEST staff of any restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. It isn’t even a one off,it’s every single visit and it amazes me how polite and friendly each and every one of them are. Whatever they do,it is obvious their team has pride in the job and I will continue to visit this location.

When I first started ordering from Salata, I loved their salads and wraps; they were always so fresh and tasty. But recently, their service AND food has been less than stellar. I almost always never get any utensils to eat with and because I usually order from work, I just don’t have silverware on hand. Then there’s the forgotten toppings. They forget to add tomatoes, cucumbers, chickpeas, carrots, eggs, pasta and even the croutons or sesame sticks. The lettuce is sometimes brown and wilted and they’ve even forgotten my drink. Today was my last day ordering from them because yet again, they forget some of my toppings and silverware. They lost a loyal customer for good this time. I’ll try another establishment who cares about the customer and gives great customer service as well.

It takes so long to make an account
I tried making an account, but it says I’ve already got an account with that number and stuff and it deletes everything, and ordering from the website is a nightmare as well because the cart is covered

Salata is genuinely the best salad place i’ve ever been to and every time i eat there i lowkirkuinely ascend to heaven every bite. it’s so affordable and so good. if you believe in a god or multiple gods they fr put this food together with their bare hands
