Junk app
My user name and password work on the website, but the app just kicks back an error saying no such “guest” exists. Deleted, reinstalled, tried again (repeatedly), but still “no guest.” Well, this guest is moving on after re-deleting the app.

Love their French Peasant bread. Friendly staff. Not speedy but very friendly. Just bring your patience with you when you visit the store.
Payment
The app is four years old with no Apple Pay and requested to store my credit card number. This seems like an incredibly poor set of choices that does not give a lot of faith in the payment processing, the app was very easy use and works great. Just the payment needs to be updated to 2024 standards.

Bread Schedules By Store
I was hoping by downloading the app, I’d be able to find easy access to store bread schedules. Instead you still have to use website and it doesn’t seem to open in the website thru the app. There’s a little box you click next to bread schedule and a download arrow appears but nothing happens. Being able to order and track rewards thru the app is great. However if there’s no menu to order from it’s pointless. It’s should be simplified to be made easy for people not difficult.

I realize this is an old phone, but this is a customer rewards app, not a video game.

The app is easy to use, very straightforward and well designed. Super simple to place my order and get pickup.
Currently a step back from a punch card
I just downloaded the app now that Breadsmith has terminated their punchcard program. I find the app excruciatingly slow to open just to get to the “check in” screen. I don’t plan to use any other features of this app, so I just want that function to work efficiently.
Perhaps integration with the Wallet functionality will happen eventually which could negate the need to find and open this app other than to redeem points. That would be a big plus (the app description says that it supports Apple Wallet, but I see no evidence of that in the app).
