It’s bad enough I already have to deal with toxic management at work now I have to deal with toxic management at home too?!?!? Every single workplace I’ve been to that uses a “work chat” had had toxic management and these chats just enable it. All I want is my schedule and to come to work at my scheduled time I don’t need to be getting work chats or announcements at home I’m not being payed to work at home so work shouldn’t come home with me

Great tool, SO GLITCHY LATELY
This is a great tool for scheduling and communicating with employees. I’ve been using it for a year now. But in the past 2 months or so, it’s been incredibly glitchy. First, it was assigning and unassigning people to shifts that my management team wasn’t touching, and now it’s been publishing different weeks when I try to publish a week. For example today, I tried to publish next week, and instead, it published the week of the 13th of July… please fix this. It’s causing a lot of trouble and confusion.

Glitch from update?
The app was amazing until I updated to the latest IOS version! Will not send me notifications of private messages- only announcements! I have tried reinstalling the app with no luck. Hopefully it is fixed soon!

This app low key be blowing up with messages at like 4:00 am with random spam messages and memes bro like a girl just trynna sleep but it’s really helpful when communicating with everybody when not everybody’s at the store

I’ve reached out to customer service a few times over the past year with questions or looking for a feature, they are always quick to respond and if they don’t have it they put in an effort to try to find a work around. I’m happy to report that I feature I requested awhile back they were able to create and even messaged me letting me know it was available. That is amazing and shows me they care about making their customers happy! Thank you!

For a work app the icon looks more like a dating app and that doesn’t sit right when I use what looks like a off brand tinder for work. Why does the logo that’s supposed to be a 2 tone letter B look more like a heart.
Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!
I was setting this up to use and was excited to see the options of filtering access to managers. But there is a loophole. I understand the functionality of allowing messaging of your entire team. But the option to limit or block messaging in the Everyone Group chat to me is a loop hole in allowing Co-Workers to message another Co-Worker even if it will be seen by everyone. Please look into an update to limit or block messaging within this chat. Would be an absolute slam-dunk if that functionality existed.
UPDATE: Support reached out and immediately updated my need to limit the Everyone Group chat. And to mention did this on Thanksgiving Holiday! Superb Customer Service!
This app is game-changing to gain functionality with large or small teams. Shift coverage, communication, scheduling, it has it all! Coupled with the almost instant response from customer service teams it’s absolutely amazing APP for any business.
UPDATE: Support reached out and immediately updated my need to limit the Everyone Group chat. And to mention did this on Thanksgiving Holiday! Superb Customer Service!
