Relaxing music, great breathing exercises!
This app was made with Dr Weil's breathing technique. It helps you calm down using breath work exercises which you just do on your own, at your own pace. The app has a big relaxing collection of music which is great for meditation, sleep, or anything. I really enjoy the "meditation" music the most. The only thing I'd really like to see is the ability to play music offline, and also the option to repeat a single track or all tracks, and the ability to shuffle plus repeat all tracks. Otherwise, I really enjoy the app and its music!
