Excellent

Dr Anand has been a mentor and friend throughout my career as a pulmonologist. His easy to use and intuitive app turn the simple act of breathing into an art form with deep physical, spiritual and emotional benefits. I highly recommend this app as well as his outstanding class. It is something I routinely refer my patients to with a variety of health elements, including insomnia, breathlessness, and pulmonary conditions, such as COPD and asthma. In todays never stop pace world an app like this is deeply useful to restore mindfulness and allow a centering on the things that are truly important.

Breath=life

Most people underestimate the importance of breathing deeply and intentionally. In this easy to follow app, you can start on a path to health and wellness with simple but powerful breath patterns. I love that they are thoughtfully paired with sound guidance to help you stay focused. In addition, there are also courses that you can take to expand your knowledge of breath work with Dr. Amit Anand himself, a very experienced physician as well as meditation, and pranayama teacher. Pranayama literally changed my life as it was the first practice on my way to mind body awareness, meditation, and mindfulness in my life.
