Unauthorised charge!
As per other reviews, I have been charged for something I didn’t agree to, and without my permission. I authorised a payment for £2, I was then charged a further £14.99, and still didn’t get the details from the report. This company have committed fraud. My bank will deal with it. Don’t download this app. They are complete scammers!!

Test and exercise
One the test aren’t worded great like it should ask what you would do over what you actually do. Two the exercises they have you do suck and if you finish one or don’t necessarily need that one or topic you can’t do it then do the next one. Three the test are worded bad and because of that give false or inaccurate results.

This app is predatory
I approved a $1 trial, but they charged my card 47.99. I contacted customer support, and they refused to offer a full refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges, and after an investigation, they agreed the charges were unauthorized and returned the funds.

I sign up and automatically subscribe me to a subscription service who stole from me $190 DOLLARS! It’s A SCAM DON’T SIGN UP !!

I was asked to pay the smallest I could to have the app (asked by the app, in the app), so I paid $1. Then I got charged over $50 in the last 2 weeks. Outrageous. Not refunded either.

The ad makes this sound like you can donate what you want to get your test results. But in the very fine print it must say something about an ongoing charge which they clearly don’t want anyone to see. The app was not anywhere near worth what I paid. Don’t fall prey to this!

They offer some free content and ended up charging you and in my case I did pay $1 because they said is to pay what you want and they show you a different amounts to be chosen as your description then make you click something else and charge you more! In my case they charged me $20 and they won’t refund me even though I didn’t ask for it and didn’t even use the guides. This app sucks! And is very shady

Sneaky, paid a £1 for the results, cancelled subscription and still got charged £29. Sent an email, did not hear anything back. CON. AVOID.
Multiple charges fraud beware!!!
I installed this app and I couldn’t uninstall it fast enough. I didn’t even have a chance to use it. I did the one dollar supposed trial and within a few days it charged me $60 I deleted and uninstalled it and reported it as fraud immediately I never authorize these charges so be careful! This app will charge you multiple charges every couple days.

Awful app
Signed up, unable to access any information after signup and attempted to cancel this after initial period but app not listed as an active subscription to enable cancellation. After being charged in excess of £50, I eventually found an email address for the creators (listed in previous reviews) which detailed how to cancel on going subscription costs. Unable to say anything about the app, haven’t been able to access it since signup. Avoid unless you fancy some excessive costs for an app which isn’t inaccessible.

BEWARE They Steal Money
I WISH I would’ve read other reviews before spending the $1 to view my results. They stole $19.99 after I ONLY authorized $1 to be charged. Customer service is no help claiming my “purchase” through their website is considered final. DO NOT USE
Tricky sub subscription
I saw this app on Instagram. It seemed as it was a simple test. Of course when I got to the end asked me to pay so I selected one dollar. Just to come to find out that I was charged $10 and 1999. I did not even download the app yet. So I reached out to have my subscription canceled and refunded the $29. I received an email saying that it was my fault and they would not be refunding me. I’ve never heard of such thing. These subscriptions are a scam. An app that’s supposed to help with mental health just causes more stay away.

So it’s not only me who complained regarding $0.99 donation and then got charged $44 few days later which I never approved to get charge for the premium what so ever and when I emailed the customer service they are declining the request for my refund . Your app is supposed to help mental health not giving one .
