App never works
I used two different phones to place an order using the app and the app never sends the code to confirm the phone number. Perhaps come up with better app where you don’t have to input phone number for each order and as long as you have a profile and a login the system should remember it. This is probably the worst food ordering app.

Always glitches
It won’t send me a code to confirm my phone. Have been unable to order for weeks. Have to use Uber which costs more. Please fix this app
Sneaky
When I placed an order through this app, it charged me a very high delivery fee. I then received messages from door dash with delivery updates. I was hoping this app would allow me to support breka without giving money to door dash or Uber. It turned out to be exactly the opposite. Will not use it again.

Missing menu items
Can’t order espresso, apple fritter, numerous other normal menu items. They are missing from the app.
Search function is unreliable and doesn’t return all valid results.
No customer loyalty rewards or points system.

Bread ordering
Generally good app but a recent update has meant you now have no option but to get bread sliced when ordering. Would be great if unsliced came back as an option as some of us don’t want a skinny slice.
