Always glitches
It won’t send me a code to confirm my phone. Have been unable to order for weeks. Have to use Uber which costs more. Please fix this app
Sneaky
When I placed an order through this app, it charged me a very high delivery fee. I then received messages from door dash with delivery updates. I was hoping this app would allow me to support breka without giving money to door dash or Uber. It turned out to be exactly the opposite. Will not use it again.

Missing menu items
Can’t order espresso, apple fritter, numerous other normal menu items. They are missing from the app.
Search function is unreliable and doesn’t return all valid results.

Bread ordering
Generally good app but a recent update has meant you now have no option but to get bread sliced when ordering. Would be great if unsliced came back as an option as some of us don’t want a skinny slice.
Can’t sign in
Can’t sign in. It said phone number is invalid
Canadian number invalid
Can’t checkout because it says my Canadian number is invalid. How is that even possible?

Can’t login to complete the checkout because it complains that my Canadian Phone number is invalid, which is crazy because it used to work.
App is not working at all.
I tried signing in at least 100 times. It no longer accepts my phone number, which it accepted before. I installed the new version, but I can never get the activation code. I'm throwing this app in the trash, and you should too.
Nice & easy
I decided to download this app as a regular customer of Breka. The app is easy to use and so far user-friendly. To the Developer: please add back-arrow from cart and orders menu screen to the Home Screen. Please add progress of points earned to see next discount. Thank you.
Ordering issues
App often crashes when trying to order
Orders randomly go to other locations, especially after app crashes mid-order
Others have reported the same thing happening i.e. orders being sent to other locations than the one you selected. The restaurants can’t transfer orders either so you have to forfeit your order, pay again at a new location and/or travel across town to the other locations. Beware and triple check the app didn’t randomly change locations.

App needs to be revamped
The Breka has continuously gotten worse over the last year to the point where I don’t bother using it. It’s not user friendly or helpful.

Not sure why this doesn’t have more reviews. Works perfectly fine. Saves me hella time cause the location near my job is ungodly busy.
Location Changes When Ordering
App is useful to order in advance, but sometimes the app will randomly change your pickup location when ordering, please fix it as we have had orders go to other locations for no reason and the stores don’t honour returns.
Constantly broken
No back button navigation and can rarely order items or even reorder past items consistently.
Many options don’t pop up half the time either.

Easy and convenient
it’s like they made the app to scam
so i go to breka often. after a while one of the workers at the store advised me to get the app so i won’t have to wait too much and i can just place an order then pick up. i downloaded the app and have been using to order. they had/are having a promotion if u use the app to order when u place 10 orders and u get 20% off ur next one. id been placing orders fine up until what was supposed to be my 10th. then all of a sudden apparently they(the app) can’t seem to send me an sms to confirm my number. essentially now i can’t place any order at all. BUT the app works fine when i put in a different number. it goes through and i can place an order. the app not working just as im about to place my 10th order seems very suspicious cause there’s really no reason why they can send the four digit code so i can confirm my order and place it. you’re looking scammy breka
UPDATE: YEA THE APP IS SCAMMY
after i put up this review (the one above) the problem (the one of the app not sending me an sms to confirm my order) it seemed fixed. as in a day later after i put up this review i tried to order but didn’t encounter the same issue. but unfortunately another problem appeared. this time, when i click “place order” the app opens up safari so i can authorize the payment. the problem with this is that if u leave the app (breka’s app) as in close it or even switch to another app, for whatever reason, the app cancels your order and you have to start again. so essentially even if i confirm/authorize payment when the app takes me to safari, when i open the breka app again it says my order has been cancelled. it’s a scam because this didn’t use to happen. as in for all the orders i’d placed, when it’s time to confirm payment the page to authorize payment just opened on the breka app itself. it wouldn’t take me to a browser to authorize. it’s really frustrating using this app. and it’s definitely scammy. like why can’t it work normally like it used to. why is it that just as im about to qualify for 20% off my next order im running into issues I’VE NEVER HAD, EVEN WITH OTHER APPS. it’s very scammy, very scammy

Missing Items
I’ve ordered from breka for a long time. I decided to order from the app and they forgot items included our loaf of bread! I’ve never had trouble before. Do not bother downloading the app it does NOTHING and is so much worse then just ordering online.
Unacceptable behaviour
I have always supported Breka since they opened. I get my coffee exclusively from them. Why did you find the need to charge a service charge on YOUR OWN app? Support your local baristas and dont bother with this app at all. Shame
