Logging in initial shot
Hard to figure things out sometimes. Wouldn’t let me into app a few days in a row. Doesn’t coordinate well with online stuff and subscription.
Kind of challenging app
Love the product & the customer service! But, this app should be much simpler. The left side column of categories to choose should have a much simpler layout. Like payments, subscriptions, how to complete a renewals. This app needs serious work, like super easy for anyone. Also when it says what plan I signed up for, it uses your internal marketing name, which is fine but it should add that it's compounded tirzepatide with NAD +. Especially for $700. Just saying..

I love logging into my Brello App for so many reasons like tracking my weight, logging in my measurements, accessing brello rise…but there’s no joy quite like my “IT’S SHOT DAY” reminder! 🥳 Now that’s the way I LOVE to start my shot day!
This company will ruin your weight loss journey
I changed to Brello mid journey and then changed briefly to my local pharmacy, when the price spiked I tried to come back to Brello as I kept my account active, when I rejoined I put in my current dose (which was the same as when I left) I asked a question about nausea, the next thing I know I’m talking to a “prescriber” about starting me over from 2.5mg. When I said that would ruin my weight loss starting all over I was asked for a prescription, I requested a visual prescription from my doctor and the next thing I knew (under an hour later) I had “approved” status on the 2.5mg dosage when I never requested that dose, ever! Not even when I first started with Brello. I had to fight tooth and nail for a refund, I had to send screenshots showing they changed it without me asking, and before I could send my prescription. To three different places. This was insane. Never use this.

Mostly Love.
I love the pricing. I love that I was able to speak on the phone with the doctor before enrolling I love for the Facebook group and I love the workouts.com with the program. I’m just having some technical glitches.
Ok app
This app is good for the basics of managing your GLP-1 journey. It would be so much better if it could link to Apple Health or other health apps like Lose It or My fitness pal
Brello is da Best!
Brello has been an outstanding experience for me! They processed me so quickly And I received my medication in short order. The customer Service has been good, and I love the app!! And most of all they are truly affordable.

Unable to adjust date
I have been on trizepetide for 2 months but just started using the app. It doesn’t let you go back and put in your 1st shot

Went smooth-very easy. Little stinging while injecting. Minimal pain during absorption (3 min)
Not happy with Brello!
My first 2 shipments were shipped with no problems at all. Now I have been waiting for over a month on my 3rd shipment. First they were moving to a new, bigger, better facility. Next they had to get new licensing for my state. They got it and said there would be no more delays. 3 weeks have passed and still no action on my prescription. I’m afraid to switch to a different compounding pharmacy because I’m afraid I will be double billed from both pharmacies. I’m tired of this. This isn’t the way to do business!

I am enjoying the app. I am able to log my weight, my medication, my measurements. I feel it is a useful tool! Another reason I love Brello.
