What happened to the app?
When I use this app, all I get is a green screen with "Bremerton1" at the top of the page. Then I click on the 3 bars in the upper right corner, and it gives me a few options, but nothing like what their app describes (no link to PW, BPD, etc., to report issues or pay bills). Nothing. Has someone stopped monitoring and updating this app? The only way to get information or access to our account is via the website (not the app). Hope someone is able to fix this issue.

Needs work
I really like the idea of this app. However, when I tried to look up an announcement from Mayor Wheeler, I couldn’t scroll down the page to read the entire report. Then I couldn’t find my way back to the beginning of the app. Needs work. But great idea!
totally bad UI
Its nice to report problems but its a bad UI. I really dont think we will get nothing but just bug fixes since its local goverment
Responsive!
I have to say, I was skeptical thinking that anything I report would either take forever to be addressed or not get addressed at all. This is not the case. Have used it a few times for issues and they have been fully taken care of within 24 hours tops. Great job City of Bremerton.
Awesome community app
I have been using this app for a couple of years now. I mostly use it to report garbage dumped on our road and overgrown vegetation the trash is always gone within a day or two. The overgrown vegetation was addressed within a few days. Highly recommend.
This app never works...
It’s such a great idea, but plain and simple it just doesn’t work. This would be a phenomenal community resource!!
Nice and easy
Worked fine for me just now. I reported a pothole, and kaa-pow! Someone came by and that pothole was filled with asphalt. Impressive.
Fixed issue in 24hrs
Used the app to notify city about a pothole. It was fixed within 24 hrs of submitting the request using the app. Super easy to use.
Bremerton Citizen
It’s a great concept, however after trying several times a day for a week to send an alert and not having it go through I give up. I’ve uninstalled and restarted the app with the same results...nothing.
