PolyScience has ruined their app
There was an app called Sous Vide Dash by an independent developer. It had all the features that a serious cook would need, including graphs for time to temperature and time to pasteurization, and ability to set bath temperature and target temperature independently.
PolyScience bought it, and wisely left it alone.
And then they killed it. There is no other app that does these simple things. Just a bunch of dumb sv recipe apps for beginners.
I will boycott breville / PolyScience until they bring it back, or open source it.

Why can’t I use the app without an immersion circulator?
I used to use the polyscience app as my cooking game plan. I Sous vide in a Combi oven and that app was a trust worthy source of time and temperatures. I can no longer download it! Why?
