Used to work but not anymore
The stations in suntec used to work but not anymore. Searched all over suntec to find four of them and all four cannot be used.
Saved my life
I was running from a gangster trying to end my life (because I jio his mother go club). I wanted to call for help, but my phone was about to die. Thankfully I managed to find a Brezzeeze station and rent a powerbank, just as the gangster caught up. I continued to flee for 2 hours as my phone charged. During this time, I managed to contact his mother who arrived swiftly and told him to behave. Bzereezere not only stopped my phone from dying, it did the same for me.

Tried 3 stations, all dont work
Downloaded app, paid deposit, and tried to get power bank from 3 stations at suntec. It says all r either charging / not available.

None of these power bank station works.. tried literally all the stations in Suntec on a weekday but to no success

As usual, asked to bind a credit card before anything else. Just like SGbike, if you know what I mean.
Bad powerbank
Overall app design is okay but the my battery is depleting while charging, the power bank rented is useless.

No doubt, this loan of power bank service really save some of my times at work and it’s so convenient to use!
HOWEVER, it often doesn’t capture and reflect in your app immediately when you return. It happened a few times to myself and my colleagues who borrowed your power bank in Jewel that your system doesn’t capture when we return the power bank to the charging bay, and we were not aware UNTIL THE NEXT TIME WE WANT TO LOAN. We were only aware and notified during the next time we want to borrow and we can’t do that because the app is asking us to make payment for the previous order.

Issues encountered
Before I downloaded, I noticed that there were multiple positive reviews regarding this app. However when I tried to download and use, it was lagging like mad. Took Super Long to load, even when I was connected to the internet at home.
I have tried closing the app and reopen, the result is still the same. Tried re-installation. It is still lagging. Is there any other solution for this?

It’s really convenient!
Actually this really save my hassle when on days I forgot to recharge my power banks. There is also a frequent reminder on returning the power banks within the time frame so that I can avoid paying for the late return fee. In conclusion, it is convenient and definitely a life saver on days where I’m in need of a recharge for my phone!

Cannot use
Topped up $10 deposit, and then tried to reload $2 but error so I tried again another 2 times so I have sunk $16 into this app. But balance only shows $10 deposit and $2 in wallet. Then when I try to scan it says insufficient funds. Tried calling support but no answer so I’m assuming only support during work hours? So $16 no power bank for me and my phone is dying
