Bad system
rented a brick, went back to return and they were all full. Travelled around to return someplace else and they were all taken as well. Meanwhile, the app is charging money for not returning within the timeframe. Should be more slots to return
Great idea, poor execution
Saw this in a bar, thought great! But alas when I went to use it the banks wouldn’t unlock one even although it placed the normal block on my card.

Bricks are so convenient! No matter where I go there’s a brick near by if my battery is low when I’m out! Definitely a must have if you live in Canada!
Convenience Is Key!
No matter the venue I visit in London, I see one of these machines. The new appless is so key when I’m helping friends get chargers and their battery is low. Definitely will be getting BRICK’D up!
Terrible customer service
We rented 3 power banks at a time and returned them all. I received a receipt a couple of days later with a $35 charged that indicated that one was not returned. However, we returned all of them. The customer service provided by Brick has been incredibly terrible, it is so difficult to get in touch with someone. They do not have a contact number and you must use a chat to bring up an issue which takes them over 2 days to reply. After they replied, all of my previous chats and messages were cleared and we have to restart. It’s been so frustrating and annoying to try and get in contact with someone, anyone. I do not recommend using this service.

Biggest Life-saver
This is the best idea ever, Brick has saved my life numerous times whenever I’m cut short out and about with low phone battery. I find it extremely easy to use, the power banks themselves are lightweight and it charges up my phone really quickly.

BEST IDEA EVER
I am always running out of battery on my phone while I am out and having to ask a bar tender to plug it in while he rolls his eyes at me. This way you can keep you phone with you and it only cost me $1.50 - saved the day 🙌 Go Brick!

There is nothing more stressful than running out of battery on your phone. These are super fast and seem to be popping up everywhere. Love it!
