A solution that finally captions workplace phone calls!

For too long, there hasn’t been a way to offer any captions at all for most work-based phones. The phones offered by work often have to be made by the same company and for hard-of-hearing/deaf individuals, the only option has been to use an amplified phone without any captions. This Bridge app pairs with a very discrete Bridge device that works with a phone or tablet to provide captions to any phone at work! - and the phone number doesn’t change - as it securely captions the audio streaming on your work phone. No matter the brand of phone or type of device, the Bridge will caption the work call using your cell phone or tablet to display high-quality captions. I’m amazed, as for so long, either amplified phones or phones by Cisco (if your workplace even used Cisco) - that had an unreliable app downloaded to the phone interface - were the only option. This solution ALSO works with computers and video conferencing (soft-phone, etc.)!!! This is truly an amazing bridge for these historically impossible solutions. No more is one limited to a special extension to add a captioned phone designed only for home phone lines. If you download the app, you’ll see a useful introductory video. And you can go to BridgeCaption.com to find out more.
