Works well, except for check deposit
As the title says, the app performs well but when you try to deposit a check you’re in for a nightmare. Check detection is just horrible. In auto mode it thinks it’s finding a check, takes a picture and then still rejects it. Manual mode is nothing better. It’s unable to detect and frame a check multiple tries and then the final picture still shows more then the actual check.

Glitchy
The app is continuously categorizing payments incorrectly. A tax refund as a utility bill, a completely incorrect company. But hey, keep using Ai I guess…
Mobile app is horrible
I want to move all money out of the credit union because their app is so bad. I use SunCoast Credit union also and their app is so much better.

The BrightBridge CU is outstanding for customer service. We are using three locations- Quincy, Hanover and Bridgewater. Hard to login
Login doesn’t work most of the time, cloud fare doesn’t either, very frustrating and inconvenient
Useless
Might be the most unreliable banking app iv ever used. 9/10 times you go to access it you get a never ending loading wheel and can’t even use it. Has been like this for multiple updates with no improvements at all.
Deposit Check offline
Deposit Check (which was supposedly improved in the latest update) has been showing as Temporarily Unavailable for many days now. Same thing for the Credit Score feature. What is going on? Stop with the mergers and pay attention to your current customers

While the app is functional it’s good. For the last few days I cannot log in, it just spins and spins.
App crashes
Try to use the check card transaction feature and app crashes. Every time without fail. Didn’t do that before the credit union did the merger & rebrand. Quality of the app suddenly very bad. Also randomly crashes for no apparent reason. What the actual heck?! Maybe spend money on the important stuff instead of fancy new logos….

Name change
Has totally screwed up my business account deposits!!! I called to discuss this and requested someone to call me back, but nobody did! This Bank has changed names three times in the last five years. I can’t do this anymore and I’m working on getting everything transferred out of here. Including my mom’s accounts. Too bad cause I’ve been with this bank since 1984!!!!

Apps really only good to check balance can’t pay on line bills check scan never works app closes unexpectedly,

Every time this app has too be updated it logs me out then makes me have too sign back in any always tells me cant find account. Fix it please
