Crashing
I love Brighton and was really looking forward to using this app but all it will do is play the video and then lock up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and still have the same issue. Would be nice to see what the app has to offer.
Not Loving This App
I'm a big fan of Brighton but I'm not a fan of this app. I would like to have been ale to view items I'm shopping for here on this app. This isn't for me I'll be removing this app.
Big Brighton Fan...but app is lacking!
I have loved Brighton Collectibles for years and was fortunate to work as an assistant manager in one of the retail stores a few years ago. I now live in a small town and shopping in one of the stores isn't easy for me. While I really enjoy the backstory and videos of the designs, I was hopeful that this app would have clearer pictures and be more interactive, allowing close ups and more detailed views. The products are so well-crafted and designed but you can't see it with the app. I would also love to be able to save items to a "wish list " or a "favorites" list and of course shop online. Once I clicked to zoom in on an item, there is no way to zoom back out or go back. I had to exit the app and hope it would reset to the default view but it didn't. I had to uninstall the app. Please Brighton, refine your app to reflect the true quality of the company. Y'all are awesome!!

Worst App
Silly me decided to ignore the reviews. They are all correct! All you get is a black screen with sound in the background. Waste!!

It won't let me accept the terms :-(
Hidden but there!
I had a hard time accepting the terms and conditions, too, but if you look closely just to the left of the Terms link, there is a circle that looks like it's part of the background. If you can't see it, just tap to the left of the Terms link a couple of time until you see a little red heart appear. Then you should be good to go.

Doesn't work
If you could get past the registration that would be great. No option to agree to terms. Someone dropped the ball when they developed this app.
App doesn't work!
When I try to register for the app it keeps coming up with an error message that says I need to agree to the terms and conditions. There is no option anywhere for me to do this. Please fix soon!!

It requires you to register to use the app but when it asks you to accept terms and conditions, there is no option to do so. Unable to progress further.
Total Waste
This app just wants to clog your Ipad with videos of how great they are. I downloaded it because I thought it would keep me up on new styles. If you go to the stores you get the catalogues and do not have to use valuable Ipad space. The app is behind the times too. Hey, I am already convinced it is a great product. Now I want to see the latest styles, not catalogues that I already have. It gives no new information. If you have visited the store 2 months ago, you already know what this app has to offer,

Terriffic for Brighton fans
This is a perfect way to see Brighton things. My wife, mother in law and daughters all LOVE Brighton and I'm afraid of how much they will "use and choose" as they told me. I liked the behind the scenes stuff too. Go Brighton!
Register?
I would have liked this App but you have to give a lot of information and register as an "employee" because they don't have the "customer" choice ready yet. I deleted it, as I did the Pottery Barn catalog. Why do they need so much personal info?
