nightmare app
this app goes above and beyond terrible. it is a nightmare to get anything right in cart. things are there that i have repeatedly deleted, refuses to recognize discount codes SOMA sent me. times out when attempting to order and then signs me out — which tbh creates a whole other nightmare scenario while simply attempting to log in.
i loooooove soma.
i have been exclusively purchasing, wearing, and recommending your panties, bras and sleepwear.
although i have noted a decline in quality the past few purchases. i have begun looking for a new brand that hasn’t changed into what seems to be fast fashion trash.
i’d rather pay a bit more and not have 30 panties for 6.99 (exaggerated for effect).
tldr: garbage app that now seems to be hawking garbage merchandise.

SO MANY NOTIFICATIONS
this app sends so so many push notifications. if there’s a way to turn them off in app, i can’t find it. i ended up having to turn off all soma notifications through my phone’s settings. aside from it being incredibly annoying, i also don’t love having notifications with “panties,” “bras,” and “lingerie” in the title when i’m at work or around family. let me turn notifications off in app, or make it obvious how to do so!

Can’t Check Out
I’ve tried ten times to check out with three cards. App times out and doesn’t process
Failed
This app is awful!! Items that I deleted from my cart were still in the cart and wouldn’t let me complete my order. I updated the app, I restarted my phone, I deleted everything in the order and added it multiple times, over a 48 hour period. I just want to order underwear and can’t!!! This is crazy.
