nightmare app
this app goes above and beyond terrible. it is a nightmare to get anything right in cart. things are there that i have repeatedly deleted, refuses to recognize discount codes SOMA sent me. times out when attempting to order and then signs me out — which tbh creates a whole other nightmare scenario while simply attempting to log in.
i loooooove soma.
i have been exclusively purchasing, wearing, and recommending your panties, bras and sleepwear.
although i have noted a decline in quality the past few purchases. i have begun looking for a new brand that hasn’t changed into what seems to be fast fashion trash.
i’d rather pay a bit more and not have 30 panties for 6.99 (exaggerated for effect).
tldr: garbage app that now seems to be hawking garbage merchandise.

SO MANY NOTIFICATIONS
this app sends so so many push notifications. if there’s a way to turn them off in app, i can’t find it. i ended up having to turn off all soma notifications through my phone’s settings. aside from it being incredibly annoying, i also don’t love having notifications with “panties,” “bras,” and “lingerie” in the title when i’m at work or around family. let me turn notifications off in app, or make it obvious how to do so!

Can’t Check Out
I’ve tried ten times to check out with three cards. App times out and doesn’t process
Failed
This app is awful!! Items that I deleted from my cart were still in the cart and wouldn’t let me complete my order. I updated the app, I restarted my phone, I deleted everything in the order and added it multiple times, over a 48 hour period. I just want to order underwear and can’t!!! This is crazy.

Issues
I keep having to log in to look at my orders and it’s almost impossible to log in. I almost always use a webpage because it’s too frustrating to use the app. Ive noticed pricing irregularities and other glitches.

HORRIBLE !!! I would have order many times as I love your product but I have tried to check out on the buy 3 panties and get 3 free . NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL .
Great product, lousy app
Soma makes great lingerie and clothing. The app is horrible. It doesn’t just make it extremely difficult to purchase all the components of an outfit, the checkout card is super buggy and eats discount codes. I don’t buy anything through the app anymore if I have a discount code to use because it always eats them.

Love Soma and the in store shopping experience! Absolutely HATE the App. Similar to others my App won’t load with my data and continues to give load error and connection notices. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App continuously as instructed and it still doesn’t work. Tech team hasn’t done their job.

App is awful but SOMA is great
While SOMA itself is amazing the app continues to be awful. The wishlist won’t let me remove anything from it i have to do that from the website. It glitches like crazy and makes you relogin over and over again.
It’s just over all buddy and more frustrating than it’s worth. If you want to order online i suggest using their website.

Terrible app
This app is almost useless. I have to log in every time I want to see my orders.
Advice
App is getting worse than ever !
Locked out
After one mistake with an old password trying to see my past orders it tells me I’m suspicious, locked out, etc. I’m not even sure it is true because I seem to be logged in? Love the clothes, deleting the app.
Love Soma, hate the app
This app is so awful! Cart won’t update, it glitches every time I try to buy something and none of my account history will pull up. It’s 2025 Soma, get with the times!

I would give a 5 star if I could figure out how to place a pickup order.
Website feedback
I wish you would change the site so that it propose the sleep shorts when you purchase the top and vice versa. Such a hassle.
Bad App - Like Company
While I like Soma’s products, their app functions very poorly and has for a long time. I built out my “bag” earlier to make a purchase, but then there was an “Error” when I was editing it, and everything was removed. Soma, please spend the time and money to improve the purchasing experience in your app!

This app is the absolute worst I have ever downloaded. Someone needs to step forward to improve it. Soma products are fabulous but the app not so much.
