Broken login experience
The login experience using the Apple Password manager is broken. You changed the flow so that I always get an email with passcode first even if I did not request it. Then I had to click “Try another way.” And even worse, when I try using Apple Password manager verification code I have to go through multiple clicks via “Autofill.” Other apps work much better with Apple. I don’t always have access to my work email so your verification code is a complete mess. Just make it work like every other financial app I use.

The app seems to be getting stuck when I try to add accounts, at the “Securely transferring you from Brightplan to XYZ.”
Otherwise, the features look consistent with other Fintech applications which use Plaid/Yodle to scrape data.

App is good but has connection problems
The way the app is organized and shows details of each of my accounts is great but my accounts don’t stay connected. I have to re-login to most of my accounts about weekly which takes a few minutes for each account as the OTP is weirdly slow. Also some of my accounts won’t connect at all.

I don’t really like to write reviews but I just had to for this app. It truly is like having a Finacial Advisor in your pocket. I was able to link all my bank accounts and investments in one place to get a comprehensive view of my net worth, assets, and debt. It also allows you to set goals and helps you create a budget and plan to achieve those goals. The only thing they can approve is the process of connecting the third party bank accounts. I found that process to be a little slow and some of my passwords weren’t working and I had to keep refreshing the app. But other than that, it’s amazing and an app I use almost everyday !

Clean and seamless
This app is crisp, handles finances well, and provides good customer support. When my own Roth IRA was found to have an issue, it was immediately solved the day after. Service is good, and the app provides many tools for different financial goals.
