Rep slams the phone
I am an Amazonian. A rep called me on 9/4 and asked for my full SSN, DOB and address for my financial information purposes and I answered everything. Later we had disagreement on something and he slammed the phone on me.
What is the point...
I sent two messages to contact a representative about my financial situation. It took a long while, which made me feel like they aren't actively caring to help with the concerns and issues I'm having right now, and that is not fair whatsoever. Also, it's been over 24 hours and still no one has responded to me yet.

I have been trying to linked my bank account with no luck!! There’s no way of getting your money!! I will be reporting this company to Amazon!! Scammers!

They promised to help me pay for my husbands funeral when he died unexpectedly from a heart attach. They kept calling me everyday and saying they would help me pay for his funeral so they just wasted my time and never helped at all!
