Best bank we’ve ever had
We’ve been with BrightStar for some 12 years now when we worked for the State of Florida, but when we retired and moved to North Carolina we kept this great bank. The customer service and all their personnel are fabulous and they treat you like family. They are unparalleled in service, convenience and efficiency. We highly recommend this great institution.

App is so outdated and duct taped together
It fails to deposit my check several times before it works and other bill options won’t open in mobile setting, and now is totally missing

It is easy to see. You can see all accounts you have in one place and all you have to do is select the one you want to view.
BSCU is my only bank
I do all types of transactions with BSCU. Bought my home, several car loans, Home equity loans, credit cards, last they have my Checking and savings account. One stop shopping. I’ve been a member for over 40 years. I’ve never needed another Financial Institution, that’s why I gave a 5 star rating…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Statement, Payment and Charge History
I will say the cute icons added to let us know if the charge is gas, laundry, restaurant, etc. is very helpful; however, where is our history of statements, payments and charges???

CD
I was able to open 2 CDs online, but thought about how someone opened an account and was able to transfer my moneys from my husbands account with little trail.
So far have not had any major problems
Pretty easy to use and get help when not sure of something. Thank you for all the years of excellent customer service.
