Great Banking App
I love Bright Star’s Mobile App. It was a bit clunky way back in the beginning, but they have consistently improved it over time and now I find it very easy to use, very responsive, and very reliable. This is in addition to their being a very good credit union in general. I have been a member now for over 30 years.

Confusing App
Setting up Zelle for multiple accounts is a nightmare. Figuring out how to transfer funds to an external account is a nightmare

Nothing works
Zelle doesn’t work in the app, you can’t do transfers from your checking to the savings. It’s crazy that the app does nothing they say it should.
