Fix it
They do updates every other day that end up making the whole application worse. If you haven’t made the horrific mistake of making your employees use this god forsaken app. Please for the love of god use something else. Don’t waste your time, money or brain power on something so useless. You’d think they’d have something figured out by now but it just keeps getting worse.

Awful
This app has a lot of potential, however in its current state it’s by far the worst app I’ve ever had to use in a regular basis. VERY slow to refresh, load, often times unresponsive to input, clunky and it crashes at least 10 times a day. All the other techs in the company I work for complain of the same things. There are updates all the time, yet the user interface only seems to worsen.

Makes you update everyday, takes more time filling out the appointment notes than doing the job itself, completely overwhelming complicated and convincing for no reason, waste of time, waste of company money, nothing intelligent about the way it’s designed.
