Bristol County Bank is an awesome bank to deal with they always solve my problems offer me different options I give the bank a five ⭐️ star.
Safe and needed
While dealing with a health crisis getting to the bank was not feasible. The app was needed. I have used it with some initial fear but I know help is just a call away. Bristol County Savings has been a blessing!
Noticeable upgrade
I’ve been through a few app upgrades with BCBS and what we have now is far and away better and improved. Nice work! And thank you!

I can virtually do all my banking on my Bristol County savings bank app. It's easy, it's intuitive and if I get in trouble, I can make a phone call or stop by a local branch.

Doesn’t work
What happened ? I’m unable to log in. All I get is the gear icon spinning. I can’t access anything. I’ve deleted the app 3 times and reinstalled but still the same problem. It’s been a few days now I cannot gain access. My wife sits beside me and her app works fine. What are you doing to fix this? When will I be able to use the app again? It worked flawlessly for years.

Limit on amount of checks
I enjoyed your mobile app. The only thing that confuses me is that you only allowed businesses’ 20 checks per month. If all checks are legitimate, why put a limit on it. At least make it higher.
