The app doesn’t work. Not able to raise service requests
App doesn’t respond
No point in using the app, doesn’t even open. It worked fine for about 6 months in the start, hasn’t been working for the last 2 years. Without the app, can’t get update on the filter status. I think I made a mistake in buying the filter. Don’t go for it.
Very bad app
The worst app. I was trying to sync for may days but there is no data or response from the app.

The filter life does not sync on the app, the spinner just keeps going in circles, pathetic not recommended.
