Find the app easy to use and easy to manage and download recordings in the correct format for playback on broadsoft platforms . A fault was found and fixed within 24 hours. Thanks
Cannot transfer
I was told this is the only way to record the custom greeting for my Verizon automated receptionist. The app lets me record but there is no way to transfer. When I hit the download icon it does nothing. Tried using it on my iPad and it will allow me to download but when I send email there is no attachment or the attachment is blank!!!

Sharing options gone
After recent update the sharing options do not work. App worked pretty well before the update though!

Simple enough for the job, lacks headset compatibility
Not compatible with headsets/airpods. Seems like it only records and plays back on speakerphone, which introduces a lot of background noise.
Also requires you to download/email one recording at time, is a hassle for lots of recordings.

Can’t delete recordings
I like the APP however I have about 20 various recordings that I would like to delete and it does not give you an option to remove those recordings. I also have an issue that you can’t listen to your recording once you record it. How do you know if it sounds correctly you have no way of knowing unless you download your recording and play it on your computer etc.

Crashing
This app works perfectly, records in the correct format and the share/send feature is easy to use. However, it has been crashing since iOS 14 and more severely in iOS 14.5. I work in telecom and had to record 4 auto attendant greetings for a customer today and it crashed 5 times, twice WHILE I was recording. I see it has been 2 years since the last update. It's time to update it again as this is the best way I have found to record greetings.

Failed the common sense test
How do you develop an app with no option to save or send the file? So failed. There’s no option whatsoever on the app to send the file for use anywhere. It just records, playback, and that’s it. Totally useless. Apple needs to dump this app into some trash bin somewhere.
Gets the job done and only one thing I would change
We use this to record greetings for our Verizon auto attendant. It works well and loads the file in the correct size and format for the Verizon system. The only complaint is have is that it doesn’t appear to support a headphone/microphone set. I’m using the Apple air pods and the application seems to only work by recording and playing through the phone functionality without allowing a headset.
If there is a way to enable that, I haven’t found it. Otherwise the app suits my need perfectly!

Can’t playback recording on hands free
The old version had playback hands free and was better
Great APP I use almost daily
Once you know how to use the app, and what it’s intended for, it works perfect. I use this app mainly for auto attendant greetings. I have had people tell me they’ve used it to record their calls on their mobile phone as well (I haven’t verified this yet). Overall, the Broadsoft Recorder app does its job and deserves a better rating than just 2 stars.

Minimalists dream!
I was using Audacity to create and convert greetings for our company answering system. Needless to say that that was like driving a Cobra Jet to the corner store. I was advised by Cox to use this. Wonderfully simple and pre-formatted!

Simple but effective
I installed this app, despite negative reviews from others, because it was the one Verizon's business phone service instructions said to use to record a company greeting to upload to the phone system. It worked just fine; I was able to email the file to myself and upload it, and I'm pleased with the recording quality. No bells and whistles; just a simple recorder that gets the job done.

App doesn't work
You can't send anything with the app. You can basically only record and delete your recordings. What good does that do? Am I missing something?

The previous version required the default iOS Mail app to be installed. The new version now allows more ways of sharing the recording.
Useless
After recording the audio, you tap on the mail icon AND NOTHING HAPPENS. Useless app, since you can't have the recordings available out of it.

Doesn't work
This app does not put the audio file to a correct form. Ultimately the audio files have to be 8Khz and this only puts out 64Khz. No options to modify this either.
