A menu in the top right corner, with two things in it. Report a bug — opens an email with the app version, your iOS version and your device model already filled in, so a report arrives with the details that make it fixable. Rate the app — five stars, and whichever way you tap it goes somewhere useful. Happy with it, and the App Store is one tap away. Not happy, and it opens an email instead, because a message that reaches a person is worth more to a small app than a rating is.
