It either randomly freezes, closes, or takes forever to load anything you click on. I waste so much time just waiting for products to load once I click on them. I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app a few times and still doesn’t help.

Such a lovely app and very easy to use. Love how you can virtually try things on!!! Lovely animations on the kids section. Makes virtual shopping so much more enjoyable

Love this app. It’s so easy to navigate and the Virtual Try On aspect makes shopping even more addictive! You can spend ours just trying everything on, which made online shopping in lockdown way more fun.
CANNOT OPEN THE APP!!!
I have been use Browns for a long time, Browns’ buyer always have a good sense. Because COVID reason I am now in China. Until last week, I could still open the app normally, since then, I could NOT open the app! It just stays at the opening page forever with the Browns logo at the bottom. I tried to delete the app and re-download it a few times but it end up the same. So, I was wondering is this a technical issue? Or is it some location problems? Please fix it ASAP so that we can continue shopping.

New features are first class!
Browns has been my favourite place to shop for years but I’ve never been a huge fan of their app - the recent overhaul has changed that and their virtual try on for trainers is an amazing piece of innovation that’s no doubt going to help me further empty my bank account!
Saving to favorites doesn’t work
Overall great app. Not sure why but adding products to a list never works.
