⭐ 1 STAR — Absolutely unacceptable.
StockX, what an absolute disaster. I ordered a pair of shoes expecting the basic level of quality control you’d expect from a company that literally specializes in authenticating sneakers. Instead, I received TWO DIFFERENT SHOE SIZES in the same order. How does that even get past your supposed inspection process?
And somehow it gets even worse. The tag on the shoe was missing, and the QR code on the box wasn’t there either. At this point, I have to seriously question what exactly was checked before this was sent out.
You charge customers plenty of money and build your entire reputation around authentication and quality control, yet you managed to send me a pair that is completely inconsistent and missing important components. This isn’t some tiny cosmetic issue — you sent me two different sizes. The shoes literally cannot be worn as a pair.
This is unbelievably frustrating and completely unacceptable. If I’m paying StockX prices, I expect better quality than temu-level quality control. Instead, I got worse quality control than it. Horrible place to buy stuff from. Never buying here again. Beware everyone
