Allow multiple shoe purchases at once
As a first time shopper of your site, I was very disappointed that I had to make my 3 shoe purchases separately; and the price even increased on one pair of the shoes while I was trying to figure out how to make the purchase. As a single parent with one income and a kid with a big foot who only wants Jordans from your site, I expect to not have to pay all these separate fees, for the price to not increase during the purchase process and for the purchase process to not be so irritating. If the shoes are legit and come on time, I will see about using this site again and increase my rating.

Horrible interface
needs so much improvment so much random stuff on here. Never updates correctly. They definitely are aware of all the updates needed and bugs. Makes me enter my card info 5x a day. Doesnt show professional updates of sold product or shipping or verification. Just overall horrible experiences

Do NOT use marketplace
Stock X has zero accountability for sellers on the marketplace. If there is a discrepancy they will have you handle on your own. Items often not described as what you will receive. Zero trust in platform moving forward
Customer service is terrible
I kept sending my order number and what was wrong and I had to repeat it three times. As soon as an assistant got back to me. I instantly said what was the problem and then the AI bought responded back each time. My issue was never resolved. Every time I was connected with a person it instantly got disconnected.

Perfect for me maybe not for everybody
I've only used this two or three times. I love it for my experience if I can't get a sneaker release I don't mind waiting a few weeks or months after release. I can usually find them here for under retail.
Weird scalpers
There were so many times I OVER BID the listed price and still didn’t get what I wanted. I got so tired of people holding these items for hostage, I just went to KICKS CREW, and it’s sooo much better for the shoes I was looking for. I bought what I wanted in seconds AND for cheaper than listed here lol.

I’ve been buying on StockX for years now. I am a very loyal person so just because others may have nicer things to say about other people or places I normally do not go searching to see for myself.
There is another site that I causally sell on over the years but have never purchased from, until recently. When I made this purchase I was shocked in how much less the fees were. To be for sure I placed another bid on both sites for another shoe and although the bid amount was the same — the difference in the final price was pretty substantial. Not to mention the structure and limits on how many you can list. Why that became a thing here — don’t know…
As I stated before, I’m very loyal so even when StockX revised its fees I went under the assumption it’s because others did the same and if not, it probably was only a few dollars, if that, less.
This wasn’t the case at all! After this finding I have had to increase the price of my listings to offset this increase and was able to decrease on the other site. Now, I’m selling just as much if not more in the other site.
