Way bother ordering a cab two days in advance and then not turn up but 25 minutes late because the bloody school run is more important and I was late for the Vets and I lost half of my time with the vet will NEVER use again !! 🤬🤬😡😡

Pre ordered a taxi to take me Grahamston, explained I was getting a train. Gave 20 mins to go from Laurieston to train station . 10 minutes late but also called again asking where it was.
Train pulled up as driver pulled in.

Great when it works.
No matter what time of day, or how far in advance I book for the last 3 weeks it says they’re unable to take any booking, but if I phone up they say they’re not busy and lots of cars available

Let down.
Been using the app a lot recently and it has been great till today. Booked a taxi to pick us up from the train station. It don’t show up.phoned and told it has been cancelled because I booked it for a time during school pick ups. Why not refuse the booking in the first place and let me organise alternative.
