Add quick tags to workouts, individual exercises, body-weight check-ins, and calorie entries — like "PR day," "Morning," or "Cheat meal." Tag as you log instead of typing notes every time, and make your own custom tags that stick around for next time. Your body-weight, calorie, and workout history now have tag filters up top. Tap a tag to see just those entries. Prefer to just tick off sets? Simple Tracking now earns rank points too, scored by exercise difficulty and how many sets you complete — so you climb the ranks either way. You can flip Simple Tracking on and off right from the workout screen to see how it feels. Fixed a case where the plank/rest timer could stay silent when the app was in the background. Alerts now break through Focus and Do Not Disturb. Many Small Improvement and Polish
