Disappointed
Pods are expensive and there are limited choices. App doesn’t support ASUS 2.4. Outside the 60 days return policy. Customer care wants screen shots of error message which can’t be done. Can’t program future coffee purchases or control auto start as Bruvi doesn’t support a major router company. Will cut my losses and go with a different company.

Let’s address the misleading app rating
The brewer is great—aesthetically pleasing, ultra quiet, delivers on nearly all expectations. It’s not the cheapest option for sure, but the brew options are great, single-use b-pods are less guilt inducing and the brewer also works with reusable pods. The app, on the other hands, is pointless. I get that it’s noted as optional for operation but it’s also marketed as a competitive feature of the brewer. Yes, I’d love to have the tech track brew frequency and brewer service needs. Is it necessary? No, and surely that’s why this app is free. But my time is not free and it’s misleading for these 5-star ratings to suggest to users that this app is easy and worth using, it isn’t. Go for the brewer, skip the app, and Bruce should either commit or quit the app development.

Doesn’t get easier than this.
Honestly the support team is awesome and app helps simplify my life. I love the stats and how it lets me know if the water level is low so I can fill it up. Plus the coffee flavors are all great, what’s not to love!

We love our Bruvi. It’s so aesthetically pleasing in our kitchen. We are daily coffee drinkers and this is the best coffee maker we have ever used. And this Bruvi app only enhances all the easy to use features. The app is just as user friendly as the machine. Definitely a must to download. Love it!!
