Videos/Workouts
Are the workouts supposed to play videos so you can actually see how you are supposed to perform the exercise? They’re all the same still picture when you click on them. I’m confused.

Perfect app for baseball/softball training
I started using this app while I was playing baseball collegiately and it solved many of my problems. And with workouts designed specifically for in-season and offseason, I was put in a place to keep progressing towards my goals.
