Not tech friendly
To program a furnace to the right tonnage app never works since the update Bryant and Carrier can fall off the face of the earth with this app and all the shortcuts they have done since the refrigerant changeover

Close other apps before using NFC
Once I was told to close other apps before trying to connect to boards I haven’t had an issue since.
Bluetooth
Main issue I’m having at the moment is it being able to connect to Bluetooth boards. Also half the time literature isn’t available for troubleshooting purposes. Needs major fixes.

I go to use the app on a furnace, and it wont let me. Says needs an update. I click on that and it takes me to the app store, there is no update option at all. Never had an issue in the past, but now it wont even let me use the app. What a piece of junk.

Downloaded the app cuz that’s what you need to replace the board now. I can’t even get to the log in page cuz it’s keeps telling me to update the app. I click on the update but there is no update. Everything up to date. It takes me back to the app but the app says I need to upgrade app. It’s a cycle I can’t get pass. It won’t let me do anything. Can we please do it the way it WORKED before for years with these boards? This app is pointless. It prevents me from doing my job. How bout get an app that works and don’t force us to use ur technology that does NOT work!

App doesn’t after update
On two different IPhones the app stalls at the update required notice even though the updates were supposedly installed. It’s just an endless loop. “Update now” goes to the App Store “open” takes me back to the app which still says “update now”. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn’t help.

This app helps me quickly find documents, and I like the troubleshooting feature for furnaces.

As an installer for Bryant systems I am extremely dissatisfied with this app to board setup. After a long day installing a nice system trying to link my phone to the board takes anywhere from 1-15 minutes every single time. Not sure if it’s just me but not something I want to toy around with after a long day. No issues with product I’m installing just the board communication to my phone is awful. Get rid of NFC pleaseeee

An embarrassment!
This app is complete junk. I work for a Bryant dealer and need this to look up parts for my job. This app doesn’t communicate well with HVAC partners and I haven’t been able to log on for years! Even though I know my password and can easily change it. It’s an embarrassment in front of customers and makes Bryant look bad.

App rarely works correctly
Been getting emails about an error code on a customers system. Last night I could login and view the customers system. This morning I can’t find a single customer with an evolution system. Sometimes the app will connect to equipment other times it won’t.

Great tool for office and field personnel. Easy to share spec sheets and warranty data via email and text.
Love the app but it needs more
I really enjoy this app but it still needs more information. My biggest pet peeve is the name plate sticker on the outside equipment. A lot of them get weathered and you’re unable to get the info you need. This app could have a section showing the name plate for all the systems under the model number. Please consider adding this feature to this app.
