Need real time information for events
Excellent UI and interface. However, not all dispatch information is provided until AFTER the incident. There is no real time information on units responding, all the call notes from the EMD, unit status cannot be seen until the call has been completed.
Car Play Functionality
Thank you, for the Car Play access. If possible, it would be great if the following items were added.
Navigation options for apps to use.
Notes with time stamps, and updates for call to see while enroute.

Scanner
After the latest update the scanner feature only works when the app is left open. Any ideas? Otherwise a decent alternative for FD notifications

App works well and agree with others that there are delays at time. It would be great if this also worked with Apple Watch.
Find a better app.
Awful support, if that of any. UI / alerts are half broken. Parsing is a joke. The commercial really had us intrigued but after zero support after countless emails we moved on.

It works well most of the time. However, there are occasions with noticeable delays between devices - it’ll go off in the rig 30 seconds before my phone/vice versa.
Also, since switching to iPhone, I’ve noticed that it completely mutes the phone when the app is open. Any audio that is playing will pause when the app is open.

App crashes when I open it then I restart it then it’s fine it started when I last updated it
Quick access to off/on duty
I would like to recommend a feature where users can easily go in and out of duty.

The newest update removed Bryx from Apple CarPlay.
Awesome app for FD and EMS
Bryx has been awesome since Day 1 in our department. Seeing who is going to a job (as a volunteer department) helps us so much. Only thing we wish Bryx had was an Apple Watch app.
Stopped working correctly
It apparently doesn’t want to work with an iPhone. I receive the jobs but stopped getting alerts and notifications. No one can figure it out. Not even tech support.
Missing vital features
This app has potential but is too basic for now. Settings should be stored in iCloud so I don't have to manually alter them on a new phone or iPad. I should also be able to set the alert tone by unit rather than call type (the call types are meaningless with how our CAD interfaces). Being unable to upload an alert tone of my own is a huge drawback. You should be able to toggle critical alerts inside the app itself. These are little things but for an app that just has one real job they add up, especially the limited alert tone library.

I would love to give it 5 stars.
I work for a medium sized department of 11 stations with 250 employees. We have been using a different app for the past year and we are now giving Bryx a test run. Maybe it is because of the test run, that the one feature I would love to see is missing. I have been unable to filter the calls by unit. That is ok during the day, but at night it would be nice to turn off all other units except the one you are assigned to. Other than that this is a great app. I really love the ease of use and the mapping is very clean looking.

I originally didn’t like this app...but after the newest up date I like it... enroute to the incident the phone updates is to new information we may need.

Great app for volunteer fire departments
Lets you know who is responding and where they are going. You can track apparatus on the map. The app alerts you to calls just like a pager, only better. You can set different alert tones for fire calls or for ems etc. it also gives you directions to the call if needed. They thought of everything!

Awesome!
Love this app, use it for multiple different agency's. The map doesn't always work, and sometimes is not accurate, but the job card info is great.
