This morning at the gym I was looking for an interval timer downloaded two others that made be pay fees had pop ups! Look I just want to get in this workout! Thank you for this hassle free timer! Great app!
After searching for an interval timer app, this is the best. It may not be the most sophisticated but definitely serves its purpose. Many interval timer apps charge a subscription fee or upfront cost. With an app so simple it’s questionable to pay money for such a basic service, thus the reason this app is the superior choice.

Simple to set up. All options are in 1 screen. Allows for timing of warm up, breaks, and intervals. Also allows for scheduling reps. Perfect.
