The app keeps saying “we are facing high load please try again after some time” Can not manage or do anything.

Will remain down and will debit your money, whereas no recharge will happen. Customer care replies that the app is down.

Unable to Login

I am trying to log in using my BSNL number, but I am not receiving the OTP. Interestingly, it works perfectly with non-BSNL numbers. I have already tried reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Service problems

This new application of BSNL still needs a lot of improvements because it contains a lot of wrong information like a postpaid user is given 25GB data but in this app it shows 13GB and in the profile it shows prepaid instead of postpaid, so there is a lot of need for improvement in this, although the design of the app is very good.
