Alternative options to login with mail id
App is good but provide option to login with mail id because some times mobile network problem, not received OTP , you can’t get access to app. At least you have another option to login app. Hope next update will fix this issue.

This app is garbage
When you try to submit a complaint the drop down menu doesn’t load and you arent able to submit complaint
Reservation Works in App, Not in Reality”
I had a very disappointing experience with BSNL’s number reservation system. I booked a number through the Selfcare app and received a confirmation SMS with a reservation PIN, which clearly indicated that the number was successfully reserved.
However, when I visited the BSNL office the same day, the staff informed me that number reservations are no longer supported. This is extremely confusing and frustrating, as the app still allows users to reserve numbers and even generates a PIN.
This reflects poor coordination between the digital platform and on-ground operations. Customers are being misled into believing a service is available when it is not actually supported at the office level.
BSNL should either:
1. Disable the reservation feature in the app, or
2. Ensure that all offices honor reservations made through the system
Until this issue is resolved, users may end up wasting time and effort based on inaccurate information.

Very Poor App — Can’t Even Register or Add Account
The BSNL Self Care mobile app is extremely frustrating to use. I’m not even able to register or add my landline account — it keeps showing “Invalid landline phone number” even though I entered the correct number. The same number works perfectly on the BSNL Self Care web portal, so clearly the issue is with the app.
On top of that, the app feels buggy — in some fields, the keyboard doesn’t even pop up, making it impossible to type anything. It’s disappointing that such a basic issue still exists. The BSNL team really needs to fix these problems and test the app properly before releasing updates.
