Face ID doesn’t work. My correct email doesn’t work. It says it will send me a validation code or link to my email and it doesn’t. I checked all my folders and the “resend email” link in the app doesn’t work either! This app is way too full of BUGS!

Useless email verification
Why the hell can’t I just sign in with a password your whole

Bswift efficiency
I logged on to Bswift and into my acct and was able to make my payment in less than 2 min! Easy peasy!!
Not helpful
App logs you out as soon as you get logged in. It just keeps looping through the login verification process. You can’t do anything else.
Trying to login is absolutely horrendous
I’m trying to login for the first time and when I’m under company and try to put who I work for… there’s a drop down banner that states something like “your employer may require verification to sign in…” etc. and it covers the “next” button so I’m unable to clear it and go to the next option. This experience is completely frustrating.

Yet another pathetically thirsty, preference-ignoring application
The reason I set the In-App Ratings & Reviews preference to “Off” is exactly because I don’t want a modal pop-up begging for (positive-only, no less) feedback.

Pain in the butt
Every time I try to update my insurance it shows the arrow to go back once you read up on anything . Once you go back you have to start all over . After three times it locks you out and now can’t make changes to my insurance.. this is definitely a pain in the butt ..
Stop logging me out
Hire programmers that know how to make an app that doesn't constantly kick me out.

I have been trying to log into this app on and off since July I even asked our HR department what I need to do this app is impossible to login is keeps sending me in a loop to download the app even when I have it

I’ve tried to enroll 10+ times and I keep getting notifications that I haven’t enrolled
Get ready to be hacked
This app is a gateway to the dark web. They will allow fake phone numbers to be added to your acct. They will offer broken payment features which don’t provide a ‘SAVE’ button after you’ve entered sensitive financial info. The phone number for assistance will lock you into a perpetual loop of total frustration. Book a therapy appt before you use this app - YOURE GONNA NEED IT.

Difficult
This app is very difficult to use I get to verifying email and then it will not proceed past that point, I logged on website to sign on and no place is there a spot where you can pay for your benefits while on short term disability. This website just takes someone that is stressed and trying to deal with a lot just to deal with more frustration and worry.

Bswift is a great way to view my benefits in a snapshot. The app allows me to easily see my enrollment details and important information that’s relevant to me.
Absolute Joke
I don’t know how the app have so many five star review. Just giving false prompts to install an updated version while AppStore doesn’t show any update. I will definitely request our workplace to discard this absolute garbage of an app.
