BTCC is easily one of the best crypto exchanges I have used. The interface is clean and simple to navigate, which makes buying and trading hassle-free. Executing trades is super smooth, and I have not experienced any lag or delays even during high market volatility. Setting up the account and completing identity verification were fast, while deposits and withdrawals processed without any issues. The trading fees are also very reasonable compared to other platforms. On top of that, customer support responded quickly when I had a question. Overall, it is a reliable, secure, and user-friendly platform that I highly recommend.

Where is my deposit?!
I made a deposit right after I created an account but to this day, I haven’t received it yet! I talked to customer service everyday and got the same response “We have forwaded it to the appropriate departmen”. My bank has confirmed that the trasfer was successful!

One of the best crypto platforms out there
BTCC was super easy and great to use! They had a lot of welcome bonuses. Buying and sending crypto is very fast. I was able to buy and send some bitcoin in a few minutes! They had every crypto currency imaginable, and I’m sure it would be easy to buy those as well. I’ve tried other exchanges, but they haven’t had the same ease of use that BTCC has. That means a lot to me, especially since I’m a newcomer to crypto, and I don’t know all the ins and outs yet. Basically, what I’m saying, is that BTCC is awesome, and I totally recommend you check it out to buy some crypto.

They try to lure you in saying you’ll get $70 (or more) in free bitcoin on your first deposit. No, that is not even close to the truth. What you will get are coupons that offset a tiny portion of fees for trading crypto futures. Basically, in order to get your $70 bonus, you will have to have traded tens of thousands of dollars in futures contracts and by then you will have paid them over 9x that amount in fees. What a rip-off!

I received coupons for joining the app they gave almost 500 credits to get going then liquidated it for themself it a fraud app and reporting it to apple and google

Simple layout for beginners
This app is very beginner user friendly and takes not much time to learn to use. In no time I was able to explore the options to trade, make a deposit, or withdrawal, or transfer. Trading on the go is quick and easy for access and I plan to transfer my crypto here as I learn to trade. A good feeling to it, that I look forward to using while investing in the crypto markets.
