YAY Finally
I have 15,000 songs on the microsd I plug into my iphone. Took about 20 mins to get all the metadata imported after mounting the folder. Now it’s perfect! So easy to just plug in, open the app, and immediately start listening. And updates are easy and quick to with the Quick Rescan feature.

We've continued to refine shuffle behavior over time, and feedback like yours helps us evaluate how users expect shuffle to work versus how it behaves in practice. We also agree that common actions such as "Play All" and "Shuffle All" should be easy to discover and access, and we've made a number of usability improvements in recent releases with that goal in mind. Perfect Gapless player for iCloud Files
Additionally, I love that you can set the album artwork for each album from an image, because I prefer to have one high quality "cover.png" instead of the same image embedded in each track.
Gapless works flawlessly, unlike Apple Music, and the new liquid glass updates look nice. I love having the album view set to show only artwork in a grid and no text; it's a beautiful way to pick an album to play.

Best music app 2 more features for 5 stars
I would have given it 5 stars but it needs 2 features first a dedicated Apple Watch app I don’t like rely on tidal and Apple Music to add a playlist to my watch for working out without my phone so that would be a huge plus. Also UPNP would be huge in app to play to A/V recievers, WiiM, or anything else that supports UPNP. I can’t wait to see what these guys bring to this app!
