When I started this game i was getting the money I won but now it never comes and customer server is gone. You cant contact anyone for help. It used to work for me and now I never get my winnings and noone answers the customer service to hell
Did not get my withdrawal
I requested my withdrawal of $157, i got an email saying it was processed and should be in my account in 2 hours. it’s been a week, i have not received my money. i really did like this app and put a lot of my money in it but i can not reach customer service, so i am putting my complaint here. if you can grant me my withdrawal, i would keep playing, as i love this app, but for the amount of money i put into this app, and to not receive my winnings, and not be able to reach customer service is ridiculous and really upsetting

I requested a withdrawal on the 5th of Feb. and it is still pending…..I’ve withdrew before so not sure why the hold up this time but what’s the most frustrating is you can’t get ahold of ANYBODY! Jiping on withdrawal
They are not making withdrawal but instead trying to do it as refund now with amount that doesn’t add up to the amount you’re supposed to get for the withdrawal. Support is totally ignoring the request to advise why they are doing this. This is ridiculous!

This game used to be super fun. Now you play against BOTS. I took screen shots of a BOT playing with the same avatar and name AND scored the same amount against me on two different games at THE SAME TIME!!!
