Pick up never showed - two days in row
I tried to use bubble care as first time customer. The pick up person never showed during scheduled slot . They called me after to say next day before midday which I agreed to. They never showed again and didn’t get in contact. When I messaged to ask for explanation they didn’t offer a solution. I have now cancelled the booking and will go elsewhere.
