I have had this app scanned over 10 times now, but it shows as no point. Staff have advised there is an issue - Bubbleology need to resolve this!

Not good

Doesn’t work. I’ve been to Bubbleology so many times and they scan my app each time but my points never go up. They always stay at 0. Pathetic - I am deleting the app now

Burst my Bubbleology

Although I scan every time the app doesn’t reflect the amount of drinks brought. When I finally got to my free drink, my free drink never came. Just went back to the start of the drink count. Customer service is on existent. It’s ok to use for the 10% extra on top up.


Months after this review and nothing has changed. Do the developers even look at the reviews or emails?
