Fluctuating insurance premium without notification
In the space of six months I’ve had to deal with uncommunicated changes of insurance premium. This is not right and becoming an irritation. As a consumer I’m facing a lot of inflationary pressure, I can’t afford to have this kind of behavior from my insurer.

I needed to raise an inquiry and there is no option to raise ticket or contact details. Furthermore if one need a document , I need to provide details of which should be embedded in the system

The app offers no updates and history on any emergency assist or record. The call centre people can ignore your claims and not communicate with you,well over a month now.

What’s the point of the app? I can’t see any details on the policy. The communication is one way.

Really not great. No claim button and most options force you to telephone instead of being able to do business over the app. Then telephoning, the line is so bad they cannot hear me. No direct WhatsApp call faculty.... In 2026, ridiculous.

The ape is user friendly ey I’m happy with it cause I got stuck but in less than 5 minutes I could requested a tow truck and it was here quick

Since I started with budget, 2 years ago I will have the second premium rise of 25 % from next month. That is 50 % in 2 year. I was all the time claim free; my cars value diminishes. Someone is grabbing a lot of money. If this is the way they can promise us nice payback premies, it works like a kind of savings account. I want a reasonable and reliable insurance with a reliable premium, that is going down when I don’t have claims. Shame on Budget.
