No collection, no support, got charged to cancel
Booked a taxi from the airport, said 1 min wait. No driver assigned after 10 mins. Tried to call but there was no answer on the support line. In the end got charged £2.50 to cancel and go with another firm.

I always find Budget Taxis are always reliable, this is particularly important for a disabled customer. Driver’s always make sure I get to my destination safely. The drivers are always attentive to my disability and park as close to my destination as possible.

Wish you could amend your destination as sometimes the address is numbered and is confusing ie Brewster Faye’s at Derwenthaugh was displayed as 9999 then the name of the road

If this isn’t the most convenient taxi app then I don’t know what is all it is is a click of a button and then boom next thing you know your taxi cab is here I really enjoy booking taxis on this app I highly recommend downloading this app it is easy for you and for your life
Pre-booked taxi didn’t show up
Pre booked a taxi from the airport and waited an hour before cancelling because it didn’t show up. Called the number and got the typical ‘will be with you in 10-15mins’ still didn’t show up. Ended up cancelling and ordering an Uber because my 2 young children were stood in the cold until after 1am when I pre booked for 11.40pm. Won’t be using again.

Love, love budget taxis. Always on time and super clean cars. Some of their drivers are super polite and supportive.
A bit slow
This app is a bit slow to use. When opening it, there is a loading screen which just seems to take ages to load. Then using the booking service is also slow. I tap on the screen and it taked ages to respond and then finding a taxi is also slow. The UI is also not very good. Could just do with being a bit faster

The map of Newcastle is hopeless
The map of Newcastle in this app is hopeless. It doesn't recognise several addresses which I use regularly and the map sites several house numbers and postcodes in completely the wrong place.

I always use budget taxis as it’s a fast and reliable service, they have never disappointed me. Would 100% recommend
Does not work anymore
This ap used to be very fast and responsive, for some reason with a fresh new look it no longer works, shame but I will be looking for an alternative supplier.

Usually cheapest taxis but doesn’t give an estimated time till you’ve connected to a driver which is annoying if you’re in a rush as this itself takes a few minutes. Would be quicker walking
Absolutely terrible. Paid extra to be dropped home 45 minutes late!
I usually pay around 6 pounds to get home using Uber and it’s just a 10 minute ride. I was given a driver who was 15 minutes away and when the driver was close by he called me to tell me he’ll have to drive the opposite direction to “fix his tyre” and that it’ll take 7 more minutes. I had to wait outside in the cold for around 25 minutes for the driver to come. The car stank so badly of cigarette smoke, the driver wasn’t wearing a mask like they do in Uber and he took the longest possible route. Anyway, I ended up coming home like 45 minutes later than I should’ve. I wouldnt have minded if I saved some money, instead I paid £8.30 which was 2 pounds more than I would’ve paid with Uber. I paid extra money to be dropped home almost an hour later than usual. Please don’t download this terrible app unless you want to waste your time and money. This will be first and last time I use this!

Waste of time
Majority of the drivers are rude and don’t know their way around town
For example -Asking me to give directions the whole way home and trying to drive off the motorway where there wasn’t even an exit. Pretty sure it’s their job to know where they’re going & Pretty sure most of these drives don’t even have a licence the way they drive.
